My thoughts and prayers goes out to  the family during these tiresome times.  I will keep you uplifted in prayer.  Please accept my condolences.

So many things I would like to express about Jose; that Being of Light, who returned to the Eternal Source of Life, YHWH Adonai, that I would never end inscribing here! Jose for me was an exceptional human being. An example to follow. He always made your day at work. He offered you a coffee and a smile... with that beautiful energy that no one could ever match. A True Miracle of Life. How he fought tirelessly to recover from that unfortunate stroke, even the doctors themselves could not comprehend how God had healed him! His will and his desire to live fully, an inspiration to me, and I know to many as well. 
I have this memory, Hamsa (Hand of God) that he gave me in 2011. Symbol used in the Jewish religion for blessing and protection. Twelve years have passed and wherever destiny has taken me, I have always carried it with me. Hanging over the entrance of my house... Every time I glance at it, I remember Jose Latorre with so much affection...  I will never forget you, Jose!

Jose para mí fue un ser humano excepcional. Un ejemplo a seguir. Siempre te alegraba el día en el trabajo. Te ofrecía un café y una sonrisa... con esa energía tan linda que nadie podrá igualar. 
Un verdadero milagro de vida. Como luchó incansablemente por recuperarse después de ese desafortunado derrame cerebral, que inclusive lo mismos médicos no podían entender como Dios lo había sanado.
Su voluntad y ganas de vivir, una inspiración para mí, y sé que para muchos también. 
Tengo este recuerdo, Hamsa (Mano de Dios) que me regaló. Símbolo utilizado en la religión judía para protección y bendición.  Eso fue en el 2011. Doce años han pasado y donde quiera que el destino me ha llevado, la he tenido conmigo. José , was that gentle, gentleman, a joy for many to know. Young at heart with a constant smile,  and   kindness which touched the heart of many here were  we  reside   at  Overture , Doral.  His Mofongo as you can see , in the photo was his favorite  native Island Dish.  A group of us took him out on his last birthday to eat Mofongo. We hold a great story from that memorable  outing, There was a Baseball game that day and a lot of Puerto Rican players sat next to us and he has a ball cheering and taking to all. Later he got lost on  us   when we finally found him, he responded to our worried remarks”. Chicas tranquila aquí hablando con este amigo”” I will always remember his remarks when he approached the Bingo hour and said to me   why are you playing this “ Bingo Mudo”  . I believe I speak for many on saying He was a Happy Camper .  The Monstruo Group  consisted according to him . Of David, his dearest friend , Mayra and Me and of course Him. My beloved bro & friend Yosef/ José identified with the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob in Jewish context. 🕎
I will remember him as Yeshua our Messiah did with Nathanael, a true Israelite. See you again my friend.

Jose was a great coworker and a good friend.   Always smiling and helpful.  He will be missed.  Rest in peace.

Jose was an amazing person full of life and joy. He will be missed. The ones we love are never gone, they live within our hearts. May Jose Rest in Peace.

My Great Uncle Tico. I remember your last call a few weeks ago on August 1 for my birthday. You Blessed  and told  me how proud you were of seen the man and the father I've become. Im also proud of your legacy, hard worker, Family lover  , Honest, always giving your hand to whoever needed it without expecting anything in return and alway with a smile. This is not goodbye, it's a see you later in the afterlife. Bendicion! Descansa en Paz!!

My Great Uncle Tico. I remember your last call few weeks ago on August 1 on my birthday  blessing me and telling me how proud you were to see the person I have become.  Always giving advice on how  doing good and being a great father. Im proud also of your legacy, Hard worker,  family lover and  extend your hand to those who need help without expecting anything in exchange. You deserved better on your last days but that's life and thats God's command. This is not a goodbye, it's a see you later in the afterlife.

Hermano siempre te recordaré como el mejor hermano, buen padre y esposo. De gran corazón para sus compañeros de trabajo. Descansa en Paz .

Mi querido amigo Tico; cuan especial y buen amigo fuistes conmigo durante el tiempo que trabajé en Miami. Nuetras escapadas a la iglesia para comezar el día, para que Papá Dios y la Virgencita nos protegiera fueron bien gratificantes. Eras un ser humano especial. Conoci a tus hijos hermosos y supe de lo especial como padre que eras. Hoy; estoy segura que estás bien cerquita de Papá Dios y diafrutando de la vida eterna. Te llevaré siempre en el Alma. Tu amiga. Jose was an amazing supervisor and a great friend.   Compassionate, kind and always willing to help all of us.  Que descanse en paz jefe.

José, que lindos recuerdos de los años en FLL, cuanto me ayudaste siempre sin tener que hacerlo. También disfrutamos de las fiestas de Navidad de Agricultura. Me parece verte sonriendo.

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn. I have known Jose as a Supervisor and as man who had deep love for his wife and his children.
Jose was always talking about his family, and he always wanted the best for them. His kids were the apple of his eyes. He loved them so much. We saw first-hand all the sacrifices he did for his family. I remember him taking care of Elizabeth during a procedure and how he coordinated everything beginning to end. he was always trying to get the best gifts as well. This man gave his life for his family, and I believe that's a memory that every single employee has about him.
