My daughter, Katy, was on his tennis team at Curry, and he also was her Civics teacher.  He was an awesome coach, sweet and caring man, and great teacher.  We are so sad to learn of his passing.  Our sincere condolences to his wife and family.

Larry, you were one of the most amazing men I have ever had the opportunity to meet. You were an inspiration to us all and you tackled each day with a smile on your face. For the few years that I knew you, you always made it a point to make those around you happy and you did a heck of a job doing it. I will miss watching the marlins and dolphins games with you buddy. But I know deep down you have a better view of the game than I do and soon enough we will all be there with you.

Robbie I want to tell you that I miss you very much, the only thing that is making it any easier is that I know where you are.. You were the best step-dad that I could have asked for at that time in my life. I appreciate that even after everything, you were still there for me. I appreciate the continued relationship that we were able to share to the end. I thank you for considering me as a daughter til the end... Larry I was fortunate to be able to have you as my stepdad. You where the most incredible man I have ever met. Your strength, positivity, kindness, laughter, strong faith and motivation is not something you see very often. You always wanted the best for people and always did what you could to help those in need. You may have passed away but you'll always remain in our hearts. I was fortunate enough to not only get to meet Larry but to be able to have him as my stepdad. He battled lung cancer for three years and never allowed it to bring him down. He stayed strong and always was possitive. He is the greatest man I have ever known and his love for others was something we don't see in people  often. He always wanted nothing but the best for those he cared about. I look up to him now for I know he is watching over me. He is my angel now and I am looking forward to the day that I can be with him again. For now Larry I will make you proud of me. I will carry your possitive attitude your strength and huge smile. I  will share your story with others and give how you did. I love you  so much Larry and I can't even begin to express how much I miss you. Sorry for my singing in the car lol I know your up there sushing me :) see you soon! <3
