Born in Consolación del Sur, Cuba, Lidia carried with her a deep love for family, music, and the Catholic faith throughout her life. A gifted soprano and pianist, she found great joy in sharing her talents through her church choir, where her beautiful voice inspired and uplifted those around her. Music was one of God's gifts to her, and she used it faithfully in worship and service.
Lidia was a devoted mother, loving sister, cherished grandmother, and proud great-grandmother. She is survived by her two daughters, three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and her beloved sister, all of whom will forever treasure her love, guidance, and example. She was the heart and glue of her family—the one who brought everyone together with her warmth, strength, generosity, and steadfast devotion.
A woman of deep Catholic faith, Lidia lived her life with grace, compassion, and dedication to others. Her faith was the foundation upon which she built her family and friendships, and it remained a source of comfort and strength throughout her life.
Though her presence will be deeply missed, her legacy of love, faith, generosity, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
