Funeral Mass will be held on January 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm at St Augustine , 1400 Miller Rd, Coral Gables, Florida.

Committal Service will be held on January 11, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Our Lady Of Mercy , 11411 NW 25 St, Doral, Florida.

They are survived by Jose M. Fernandez (Spouse), Maria M. Shapiro (Daughter), Jose L. Fernandez (Son), Manuel A. Fernandez (Son), Lilia Y. Milton (Daughter).
