Hi Abuela Carmen,
 I got a chance to go and visit you today. I left nice roses and white daisies next to you. I was then greeted by something that I believe was you, a white dove, one similar to the one I saw in 2016. It approached me out of the 6 that there were and perched itself next to me. It looked up at me and I knew it was you, I am so happy that I got the chance to see you again and feel your presence. I miss you so much but I saw you again today so that makes me feel better. I graduated from high school abuela and I’m in college now. I know you would love to see how far I have come and I would have wanted you to have seen it too but I know you already can. I’m a straight A student! I’ll be applying to different colleges very soon, keep an eye on me will you? I love you with all of my soul. Thank you for sitting with me today.

Hi Abuela, it’s Christopher, it’s been about 3 years now and your memory still plays a role in my daily life. I still miss you terribly, I wish you could see how far I’ve come, how far we have all come as a family, I’m positive you would be proud. Every now and then I see things that remind me of our memories together. My faith in God has been ever so strengthened and better than ever, it was hard when I first lost you but I realized through your un-abiding lessons and faith that there is so much more to life and we should take advantage while we can, it pains me not to see you by my side every now and then but I still have you kept in my heart and in my mind, I’m sure you’re doing great things up there and guiding us. I think I speak on the behalf of everybody when I say that your life lessons and actions still stay with us and will continue throughout eternity, thank you Abuela, I miss you. 

I love you Abuela. I am grateful for having you in my life and everything thing you have done for me. I will always appreciate the times we have had together and will miss you.

Hi Abuela. It's me Daniela. If you ask me I agree that this was way too soon for you to go. Although if you were here right now I know you would say something like how God has a plan for everyone and this was his plan for you. I just wish his plan for you gave us more time with you. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to spend as much time with you as we both have wanted and I feel awful about that everyday and how I can't make up for all that loss time. I love you so so so very much! I will always remember the great times we had together like collecting shells and playing chess. I love you so much and I know you loved me. Words cannot express the love and gratitude I feel for the unconditional love you had for me and my children. You were my mom and my best friend. You filled a space in my heart that is irreplaceable. Tia Carmen,  Your love and kindness was endless.  Thank you for being such a positive, loving, inspirational part of my life. Your lovely way of encouraging me and telling me you believed in me fueled my dreams.  I am so grateful that you are one of the most beautiful parts of my childhood and my life.
