My Dad , Pastor Bob Hett, led Ray to the Lord at the Peacedale, Rhode Island Advent Christian Church around 1964.  It is wonderful to see how Ray went on to be used by the Lord there in Miami and in Honduras!  Pastor Bob also fell asleep in Christ this year in May.   It will be a wonderful reunion when Jesus returns!  Praising the Lord for our blessed hope!

Pastor Ray, you will be missed. You were my pastor at church, my leader in ministry, and my friend in ham radio and more.  One day will I see you again in heaven. Thank you and blessings to your family.

Pastor Ray Will be missed as he was a friend to our family especially my dad, he was a great person to his family his church and the community. He would share wonderful stories of how he helped others along with  his wife so many underprivileged or sometimes forgotten people of other countries. There are great meetings we had with him to talk about his love for his family with my dad and I leaving us honored to be part of his life. A friend, a client and a strong strong individual. Never complained about his difficulties with health but his positive attitude was admirable.  We look forward to learning more about him through the stories of his loved ones.

God looked around his garden and found an empty place.  He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face.  He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.  Gods garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.  He knew you were suffering.  He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough and the hills were hard to climb. So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered, peace be thine.  It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you the day God called you home.   You are my BFF. You fought the good fight.  I will always love you and miss you.  May God comfort your family in this sad, sad time. Ray knew how to follow the Lord’s leading. He was faithful to family as well as the Lord God. From the first time we worked together (in Honduras) I was comfortable with him, is integrity, his love for people regardless of nationality.  I will miss him and his puns and look forward to that day in heaven when we can look at his ipad again and laugh at what he has on the screen.  Love you brother! Ledy, you will remain in my prayers as you adjust to whatever is your new normal. Te amo tambien Hermana!

The Bible teaches that we should love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and soul and the second is like unto it, love your neighbor as you love yourself.  Love works no ill to his neighbor, therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.  With that said, that is what Pastor Ray Marco taught and lived.  

Now, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ has received him into his home in heavenly places.  “For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” II Corinthians 5:1.

 Pastor Ray’s desire is that of his Heavenly Father, which is that none perish but that all come to eternal life that is in Christ alone.  “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3:36. All who believe on Jesus Christ will join our beloved brother in Heaven.

My son attended Oak Grove Preschool at Pastory Ray’s church last year and so did my nephews and nieces in previous years. I always remembered his encouraging words at the kid’s Christmas shows and Graduations. It was evident he loved the Lord with all his heart. I know he is in heaven now receiving many crowns for all the work he did here on earth. We send our love and condolences to Ledy and Oak Grove and pray for peace and comfort.

Pastor Ray, our dear friend…we pray every blessing on your family. We know you are home with your good friend, Jesus. Thank you for forming a community of worship and love. Your legacy is one of chrdrwn who will grow up to shine Christs light. Thank you, a million times over for your kind heart and your way of knowing how to bring little ones to Him. 

With profound sympathy we remember Pastor Marco and we also delight in knowing the countless persons he has led to a saving relationship with our Lord.  His efforts in Honduras are  among the many continuing evidences that he was led by faith and in faith he served.  His compassion and his humor were a constant to all that he touched. Always ready to pray for loved ones or for just about any reason, he would literally stop what he was doing to seek God's mercy for anyone that asked.  He was an example to many.  

His preaching was inspired and inspiring.  
His fellowship will be forever a blessing

We had the honor of knowing Pastor Ray at a very hard time in our lives.  We were just sent from Miami Vineyard to plant a church, and we felt so alone.  Pastor Ray not only helped us then ,but he was for us “like water in a desert”.      He is a great man of God and truly a gift to all of us that knew him on this side of heaven.
Our sincere condolences to the family and church.  He will be missed.

Reverend Ray was a dear friend when our children were in band together.  Our family loved any time we spent with Ray's beautiful family.  Music was our initial connection, but we became friends.
We are thinking of the children and grandchildren he leaves behind and know this is a very difficult time for the entire family. God bless and care for you in your sorrow and try to just remember the wonderful times together. 

We always remember Pastor Ray with joy in our hearts. Our condolences to his family, friends and loved ones.
He is finally enjoying his creator and is dancing in Heaven.

Pastor Ray was a godly man! When he preached, it was a prophetic word. 
Boy, will my brother Jack be greatly blessed to see him! ( Jack graduated earth in OCTOBER. )  We haven’t had his Celebration of Life yet. 

All the treasures of my heart are stored in Heaven. And the One I love the most 
is waiting for me! Jesus!
The Narrow Way! That’s the way I’m traveling. The Narrow Way, that’s where I belong! And as He gives me the Will to do His will from day to day….

Pastor Ray, you finished the race. You are Home! Now we uplift those you loved and left behind. May they be also inspired !!! things for God.  For Jesus Comes so quickly!
