Miguel Angel Amezcua, age 62, passed away on March 1, 2026. Born April 27, 1963, in Cuba, Miguel later made his home in Cutler Bay, Florida. He will be remembered as adventurous, beloved, cherished, devoted, hard-working, inspirational, and resilient, and for the steady presence he was to those who knew him best.
Miguel was married for 41 years to his wife, Martha, and he remained deeply committed to his family throughout his life. His love for time together was evident in the way he showed up for the people closest to him, offering care, strength, and constancy.
He also found joy in the simple and meaningful pleasures of everyday life—traveling, music (especially rock and roll), Cuban coffee, and time with friends. Above all, he treasured family, and he took special pride in his grandchildren.
Miguel is survived by his spouse, Martha; his son, Miguel
( Dominique ) ; his daughter, Rachel ( George ) ; and his grandchildren, Sienna and Quentin, as well as his sister Vivian, and his mother Isabel.
