Hijo, hombre, esposo, padre, abuelo, y amigo. Nos dejas grandes ejemplos que trataremos seguir para mantenernos unidos siempre en todos los momentos. Como tu lograste hacerlo.
Descansa  en paz. 

Nunca te olvidaremos.

Querido Oscar,

Fuisteis alguien muy importante en mi vida, en la vida de mis hijos y para toda esta familia; quizás mucho mas de lo que imaginasteis.  Tantos recuerdos bonitos vienen a mi mente, sobre todo durante la niñez de Rocky y Jessie.  Fuisteis otro abuelo para ellos y te tienen mucho cariño.  Fuiste un caballero en todo sentido de esa palabra; un padre excepcional, un esposo amoroso y dedicado, un abuelo único, el eje, protector y héroe de tu familia, un amigo incondicional y también…. el mejor carpintero y diseñador de muebles 😊. Fuisteis alguien que admiré mucho; un ejemplo para todos.  

Extrañaremos tu presencia física aquí con nosotros  Oscar, pero vivirás en nosotros por siempre.

Quien pasó por nuestras vidas y dejó Luz, ha de resplandecer en nuestras almas para toda la eternidad.

Descansa en paz Oscar.  


I have known Oscar for 35 years. I knew him to be polite, humble, courageous, hard worker and most of all an amazing family man. He loved his wife, kids (me included) and grandkids unconditionally. I always said he was the “Godfather” of the family. He kept everyone together, always demonstrating how important family is. He was stern and demonstrated respect yet had a witty sense of humor and was extremely softhearted. He always made me feel like I was another daughter. He has left a huge void in my heart as I loved him very much and will always miss him. He is now another angel watching over us and my faith tells me that one day we will again share and celebrate special occasions together but until that day viejuco, may you Rest In Peace.

Un lindo recuerdo que tengo de Abuelo Oscar es cuando lo acompañé a una de sus citas médicas. 
Mientras que esperábamos que nos llamara el Doctor, me encantaba escuchar sus historias sobre Tony y Vane :) 

Fue un placer darle la bienvenida a Abuelo Oscar y Abuela Ana a nuestro nuevo hogar. Nos dió mucha alegría poder compartir y disfrutar de ese momento antes de que se fuera <3

My cousins, you know this week is when reality hit me😞. So many memories, that night I landed for the first time in Miami, walking new and unknown roads, you all made me feel welcomed  and Nena and Oscar made me feel like I was home. He is now enjoying eternal peace, I will remember  that he  was a good man, a good husband, a good father, a super grandfather and a loving uncle for all those who wanted to come to the US to work and “echar pa lante” like he used to say!!!  Los quiero mucho!!! 🙏 🙏
