Pedro Sama

His first born son, Pedrito Sama Michelena, born of Rosa Michelena awaits him with his wings wide open.

Watch out Heaven, here he comes...It will not be difficult to find him. Just sift through the mass crowd of Angels flocking around him. You will recognize him as the most handsome, debonair philosopher in heaven. He'll be sitting on a puffy cloud charming the ladies with his intoxicating personality. He was the kindest, most generous, spiritually grounded man you'd ever have the honor to meet. Blessed are those who crossed his path and energized you would be after sharing just a few words with him. Full of life, love, laughter, knowledge and a dose of cinnamon sugar in his blood.

Young Pedro along with the entire Sama family, migrated to this country with his wife, and four small children from Cuba with vigor in his heart to create a better life for his family. Against all odds, he succeeded! He educated himself, learned English, excelled in obtaining certifications and degrees in Science and Engineering. He and his brothers established Sama Brothers Industrial Services; working on the first Vending Machines, Microwave Ovens, Commercial Coffee Machines, etc., and further opened a Television repair shop where he came to befriend famous individuals like Mohammed Ali. Nothing was impossible for him. Always positive, he inspired us all. 'Anything you truly believe in, is obtainable.'

He is survived by his siblings, Julio Sama, Roman Sama, Marcos Sama, Roberto Sama, and Raquel Sama (decedent siblings, Oscar Sama). Soul-Mate, Best-Friend and First Wife, Dignora Caridad Calderon Figueredo Sama, with whom he shared six children, Hildelisa Sama, Maria Elena Sama Harris, Guadalupe Sama Raymond, Cecilia Elisa Sama Parrales, Patricia Sama Hodgson and Martha Christina Sama Valentine. His great friend and second wife, Geralda Esmeralda Alvarez Cano Sama with whom he shared three children, Twins-Sochi Sama and Mercedes Sama and his 'mini-me' Pedro David Sama. His partner and friend Alba Revilla Perez. Seventeen Grandchildren, Four Step-Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren, Two Step-Great Grandchildren, Sons and Daughter in Law, Countless Cousins, Nephews, Nieces, Friends and Extended Family Members.

We continue the celebration of his wonderful life Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8th Street Miami, FL 33125.

Burial will follow Monday, December 21, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at Caballero Rivero Dade South Cemetery, 14200 SW 117th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33188
