     The Rustic Forward Air Controllers would like to send  our deepest sympathy to the family of Pierre Ligonde.  My name is Claude Newland. I served with Pierre in Vietnam when he first started flying combat missions over Cambodia in 1970.  In fact, I believe he flew his first mission with me.
