Odalis,
Ralph was my childhood friend and our friendship continued to adulthood. I have fond memories that will always be special to me. Although I was in shock and saddened by the news of his passing,
I am happy I got to see him a few years ago.
We quickly reminisced about all of the amazing good times and of course argued about politics, and was happy to see you and the the boys.

Sending positive thoughts, love and peace to you and your family.
Hopefully when I visit Miami again I can visit with you. Stay well !
“Rest In Peace My Friend”

Always,
Mary Santana

He was the greatest banker I have ever known, the most respectful and professional person I have ever worked with and not only was he demanding as my boss (he was), but he was also caring, conscientious and he called me his friend as I called him "boss" but he knew I loved him as a brother. I always reminded him of the importance of knowing the Lord Jesus Christ as our one and only Savior who loves us and died for us to give us eternal life thru His sacrifice on the cross for our sins to grant anyone who believes in Him pardon of sins and eternal life by His grace (John 3:16). I think of him often and thank the Lord for the privilege of having know him; hoping to see him again one day in heaven. I remember the day he asked me to drive him home, just 3 days before he became Ill, he speaking to a bank customer almost all the way home, but I could tell he was not himself. I told him about a recent sermon I had heard concerning how the Lord will allow us to go "thru" and not around difficult times (as he listened) but He will be there with us to get us "thru". I never realized how much family he became, but as I said, he was not just my "boss" he became like the big brother I never had.

Dearest Ralph, you were an amazing friend whom we loved so very much. There are no words to express
The deep sorrow that your early departure has left in the hearts of Lillita, Alfred and me. (Lillita really loved her Uncle Ralph). You took the SFLHCC to new heights always trying to bring in the best for our members. Our friendship of 26 years was special. Odalis and the boys are my family and I am privileged to be the “madrina” of Chris and Marcus. My dear friend, our calls at 730 am with Odalis and Alfred hearing us and laughing together
will be missed. Please know that I will always be here for anything the boys need just as you were always here for me since the day we met. You were a fantastic chairman of our board and your charisma and sense of humor will always be in our hearts. I can just picture you here saying to me “ya no escribas tanto, Lily, que tu escribes demasiado.” He knew me well. I love you, Ralph, and I will always be with Odalis, Marcus, Chris and Alexander.

I met Ralph during the recession through a dear friend Miriam lopez.
I remember my first meeting with him as it was today. We had a conversation of our mutual friend Nathan Rok. At that very moment we hit it off. Ralph had the rare ability to look at you and know that you would not let him down. When Ralph befriended you he would fight for you and not look back. He leaves a huge hole but his example will keep inspiring us to believe in ourselves and believe in others.

My friend I will miss you! Sergio Delgado
