He contributed to the development of the Innovation management system TAG, and held roles including Director, management systems professor, President advent grout INC, and Lead Auditor. In each capacity, he brought diligence, integrity, and a forward-looking mindset—balancing high expectations with a humane, considerate approach that earned respect and lasting admiration.
For 47 years, Ricardo shared a devoted marriage with his spouse, Maria Fernandez. Their enduring bond stood as a testament to loyalty, partnership, and abiding love.
