     I was sad to read that Mr. Huffman, as he was known to all his students at Norland Junior High School, passed away. He was my 8th grade science teacher.  
     The year I was enrolled in his class, the year, most likely, was 1968. I was probably 14 years old at that time. I will be 60 years old this year. 
    I have very fond memories of Mr. Huffman. He was a good teacher and a good guy. My heartfelt condolence go out to all family members.
