With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carlos Enrique Delgado, who left this world on March 7, 2025, at the age of 96 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Born in Granada, Nicaragua, on January 15, 1929, Carlos was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose hard work and dedication built a lasting legacy.

Carlos was a man of resilience and determination. Growing up with very little, he sought a better future and traveled to the United States, where he trained as an electrician and air conditioning technician. He later returned to Nicaragua and founded Alaska, a successful air conditioning company that served countless families and businesses. His skilled hands and sharp mind could build or fix anything, and he took great pride in his craftsmanship.

Carlos was a beloved husband to Juana Delgado, who preceded him in passing ten years ago. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising eight children with love and dedication. He is survived by his children Carlos, Sandra, Aminta, Ofelia, Mario, and Nubia, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.

Carlos will be dearly missed by his loved ones and all who knew him. His memory will live on in the lives he touched and the work he built with his own hands.

A service to honor Carlos's life will be held at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn South. The viewing will be Monday at 5:00pm and the Funeral on Tuesday 11:00am.
