I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Victor, or Danny as we called him. He was always very kind to me and my siblings when he visited our home in Jamaica, along with my sister, Salomie. 

My last contact with him was in 2011 on my way back from Jamaica. I missed my flight, was stranded at the Miami International Airport. Luckily, I had his number. I called him, and picked me up, and took me to his home. We talked for hours, until he told me to get some sleep, as I was flying out early for Phoenix. He gave me his bedroom, and woke me up, took me to the airport, and made sure I made my flight. I loved him dearly.

I met Victor back in 2002 when TSA first rolled out at MIA where he was my first supervisor on my new job. Victor was an honest hard working man who loved his family and cared about the mission . He was a great mentor and he was always trying to help those in need . 
I am deeply saddened by his early departure but as I get older and life takes its course I am sure that I will meet him again . To the kids I will say this , - be proud of your Dad he was a great man
I am sure that Vic has an especial place in the House of The Lord .God Bless him
