Victor is survived by his spouse, Caridad Fernandez.
A visitation for Victor will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8TH ST, MIAMI, FL 33135. An entombment will occur.
