Dear Yoli, we, your siblings in Christ, rejoice in the end of your strife, your reunion with our gracious Savior. But we cannot contain our grief and we will miss you until we are all reunited by God’s angels. I give thanks for all that you did for your children, in-laws, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You were a vital bridge of affection and care connecting with humor, support, and genuine love all sides of an extended family with many branches. We will miss our Thanksgiving and Christmas banquets at our home where for many years you had a special place not only at table but also in our hearts. And we will miss your loving friendship with my own dear mother, Mary.
