Arlene Kay Jund, 85, of Miamisburg, passed away on July 1, 2026. She was born in Eaton, OH, on January 2, 1941, to the late Clarence and Ruth Anspach. In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her husband of 9 years, Karl L. Jund.
She is survived by her children, Timothy (Cynthia) Hoffman of Gratis, OH and Jeffrey (Jackie) Hoffman of Morganton, NC, Step-Daughter Karla (Anthony) Trask of Riverview, FL; grandchildren, Jordan, Austin (Abigail), Christopher and Kevin; great-grandchildren, Karter and Harley; and her sisters, Janice Edmonson and Carol (Ray) Allen.
Arlene enjoyed a fulfilling 26+ year career as an insurance general clerk with MetLife. Outside of work, she deeply valued friendship and community, regularly hosting a card club for her close friends.
Some of her most cherished moments were spent on the open road, exploring quiet backcountry routes alongside her late husband, Karl. A longtime, devoted member of Parkview Church, Arlene lived out her faith daily.
She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her for her enduring kindness, gentle spirit, and exceptionally sweet disposition.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 am - 10:30 am Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Parkview Church, 3713 Benner Rd. Miamisburg, OH 45342. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 10:30 am at the church. Graveside services will be at 12:30 pm at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg.
