Betty Joyce Kehrle, age 96, of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026. She was born in Franklin, Ohio to the late Taylor C. and Flora May (Eggleston) Dennis. She enjoyed a career as the production control manager for Miami Paper Mill in West Carrollton from 1947 to 1995. Betty was the Ladies Auxiliary President for American Legion Post 165, and her love was to bake cakes for them every Tuesday night. Betty loved her dogs and grand-dogs. She loved line dancing and playing pool every weekend with friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert J. Kehrle; siblings, Earl Dennis, Estill Dennis, Ruth Logsdon, Wilbur Dennis, Ruby Howard, Pearl Hunter, and Mabel Kinder.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Larry) Byram; step-daughter, Jill "Dee" Reed; sister, Wilma Green; and numerous loved ones.
She will be laid to rest in Hillgrove Union Cemetery, Miamisburg, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton or The Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
