Charles J. Bova

Age 92 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Sycamore Glen Health Center. He was born in Dayton on January 8, 1921 to the late, James and Anna (Gilardi) Bova. Also preceding him in death is his wife, Wanda Bova (2000); sisters, Mary Brumley, Margaret Jessee, Ann Bova; and brothers, Matt, Nick and Sam Bova. Charles is survived by children, Chuck (Margie) Bova, Terry (Donna) Bova; grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, and Kristina Bova and many other extended family and friends. Charles served in the U.S. Army 12th Armored Division Assoc. during WWII. Friends and family may visit from 10-11am on Monday, September 30 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 Linden Ave. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am on Monday, following the visitation, will be at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 6 South Third St., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, with Fr. Tom Nevels celebrant. Interment at Hillgrove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #165, 35 North Main St. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, in memory of Charles.
