Daniel A. Kociemba

He was born December 7, 1957 in Little Falls, Minnesota to the late Helen (Wolf) and Clemens Kociemba. He graduated from Holdingford High School class of 1975.

Dan is survived by his wife, Sara Kasper Kociemba of Saint Francis, Minnesota; son, Jake (Rachel) Kociemba of Saint Francis, Minnesota; daughters, Tara Kociemba of Saint Francis, Minnesota, Deanne (Jason) Brown of Clarissa, Minnesota, and Kallie Kociemba of New Ulm, Minnesota; brother, Lenny (Sheila) Kociemba of Saint Joseph, Minnesota; sister, Mary Kociemba of Long Prairie, Minnesota; six grandchildren, Gavin, Lydia, Aislinn, Odin, Quinn, and Hudson ; and many other friends, family, and loved ones.

He was a family man who loved spending time with his kids. Dan had a big heart and would do anything for you. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was a jack of all trades, an entrepreneur and really enjoyed owning his own business. Dan was obsessed with owning and fixing up classic cars, hot rods, and Ford Mustangs. Dan was a gifted storyteller who loved to chat with family and friends for hours at a time. He was a true musician who loved playing guitar and writing his own songs.

Visitation will be from 9:30am-10:30am Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Saint Mary’s Church, Holdingford, MN. A Graveside Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday at Saint Hedwigs Cemetery, Holdingford, MN. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will follow at 11:30am at Rudolph’s Redneck Roost, Holdingford, MN.

He will be sincerely missed by his family and friends.
