Debra Ann Harp, age 70, of Miamisburg, OH peacefully passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 12, 1955, in Sidney, OH to the late Thomas and Martha (Fries) Seigle.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Patrick and Patricia Seigle.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Steve Harp; daughters, Stephanie (Philip) Stokes and Jennifer (Marc) Satterfield; her beloved grandson, Grayson Satterfield; sister, Mary (Todd Ackley) Kramer; brothers, David Seigle and Jim (Amanda) Seigle; nephews, Jarred (Irene) Seigle, Dylan Seigle, and Carter Seigle; aunt, Mary Barton; uncle, Fred Seigle; and many cousins and supportive friends.
Debbie was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Good Hope Church. She thoroughly enjoyed time with her grandson.

Her family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Our Lady of Good Hope Church, St. Joseph Parish Hall, 6 S 3rd St, Miamisburg, OH 45342. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 PM Friday at the church with graveside services following at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg, OH.
