Age 94 of Olmsted Falls, formerly of Centerville, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 9, 2014. She was born on June 25, 1919 in Miamisburg, Ohio to the late, Hiram and Sarah (Steele) Merrill. Also preceding her in death is her husband, Donald Patrick. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and David Rachelson of Olmsted Falls, Ohio. There will be a memorial service at 10:00 am on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 East Lytle Five Points Rd. Centerville, Ohio 45458.
