Age 78 of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at The Hospice of Dayton. He was born on February 26, 1935 in Corbin, KY to the late Wilson and Irene (Blanton) Howard. Also preceding him in death is his beloved grandson, Christopher Howard. Don is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Shelby (Harrison) Howard; son, Dean Howard; grandchildren, Brooke and Cory Howard; brothers, Burney Howard, Bob Howard, Bill Howard and their families; mother-in-law, Ruby Harrison; brother-in-law, Gary Harrison and his family in Georgia; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Don retired from AK Steele after 23 years of service. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
