Helen M. Burns

BURNS, Helen M. (Young), age 60 of Miamisburg, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at Lifecare Hospital, Miamisburg. She was born March 13, 1952 in Athens, TN and preceded in death by her sisters, Darlene Young, Phyllis Young and Pamela Young-Carmichael. Helen is survived by her father, James C. (Mary) Young of Tennessee; mother and father, Jelema and Delco Estes of Miamisburg; children, Robert D. (Sharon) Young of Maineville, Michael J. (Nichole) Burns of New Lebanon and Fallon Miller of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Justin, Gregory, Michael, Nathan, Alyssa, Jaden, Carissa, Adylyn and Linley; sisters, Judy Amis of Franklin and Linda (Robert) Montgomery of Cleveland; brothers, Tom (Cathryn) Young of Centerville and Claude (Les) Young of Miamisburg as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was a 1970 graduate of Lincoln High School, Cleveland and worked many years at Dempsey Industries and most recently Wal-Mart as a hardware manager. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will begin Wednesday at 12:00 Noon also at the funeral home and officiated by Pastor John Swint. Burial will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
