

DeAngulo, Jerry L., age 70 of Kettering, formerly of Brookville, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 11, 1941 in Dayton to the late Daniel H. and Mary E. (Knight) DeAngulo. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a niece, Alicia (Stalder) Allen and his dog, Maggie. Jerry is survived by his wife of 48 years, Judy A. (Stalder) DeAngulo; his daughters, Heather L. DeAngulo and Diane D. Banks both of Kettering; grandchildren, Courtney (Jonathan) McFarlen of Dayton, Jerica Perkins of Riverside, Brianne Sluss of Kettering and Jerry Banks of Kettering; brothers, Daniel (Ella Mae) DeAngulo of Brookville and Hank (Karen) DeAngulo of Madison, IN; in-laws, Diane Lynch and John (Sue) Stalder; many nieces and nephews and his dog, Sadie. Jerry was a 1959 graduate of Brookville High School and completed his apprenticeship with the Plumber and Pipefitter’s Local 162 in 1965. He was employed through General Motors for 20 years retiring in 1999 and from the Union in 2001. Jerry and his wife were members and staff of the Ohio Chapter 64 of the Good Sam RV Club and were welcoming hosts at Caesar Creek State Park for many seasons. Jerry also enjoyed reading and crosswords. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm, officiated by Chaplain Buck Weaver. Burial will take place at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville.
