Age 95 of Dublin and formerly of Miamisburg passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Friendship Village. He was born on September 7, 1919 in Toledo, Ohio to the late, Michael and Gizella Horvath. He is preceded in death by wife, Flora; daughter-in-law, MaryAnn; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Joe is survived by children, Robert Loren( Kristine) Horvath, Marchita Irene (Gary) Gilson, Imogene Elizabeth Fessenden, Bonnie Ruth (Mike) Mahoney; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, William Horvath, Margaret Finley, Shirley Smith and many other extended family and friends. Joe is an Army veteran of WWII. He worked as a service representative with Marathon Oil. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Joe’s final resting place will be Heritage Hills Memory Gardens in Springboro where a military burial will take place at a later time. If desired, memorial contributions may be given to Mt. Vernon Academy the Voice of Prophecy, Quiet Hour Ministries or It Is Written Bible Studies, in memory of Joe.
