Kathleen (Knak) Engwall, age 80 of Miami Township, Ohio passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025. She was born May 5, 1945 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Phillip Knak and Ruth (Zippel) Knak. On May 1, 1965 in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, she married James Engwall and they just celebrated 60 wonderful years of marriage. She enjoyed watching hummingbirds at her bird feeder, playing catch with her great-granddaughter, doing word search puzzles, and sharing joy to everyone she came in contact with. She is survived by her husband, James Engwall; sons, Keith Engwall and wife Monica (Hochschild) Engwall, and Dale Engwall and wife Lisa (Sokolowski) Engwall; her grandchildren, Corey Engwall, Erik Engwall and wife Kristen, Brandon Engwall and wife Elizabeth, Kayla Engwall and Dylan Engwall. She had one great-granddaughter, Ellowyn Engwall, and 4 step great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her niece, Pamela Miller. Kathleen was also preceded in death by her beloved brother, Phillip Knak, and nephew, Bruce Knak. A visitation will be held from 4-5 PM on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, 508 E. Linden Ave. Miamisburg, Ohio. A funeral service will immediately follow at 5 PM at the funeral home. Final resting place to be at Arlington Park Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
