
He was born February 3, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio.
Ken was a 1977 graduate of Miamisburg High School and a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. He attended St. Jacob Lutheran Church in Miamisburg. Ken retired from the University of Dayton where he was a grounds supervisor. He enjoyed attending classic car shows with his truck.
He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 39 years, Pam (Buckner) Hendley; daughter, Laura (David) Gore; grandchildren, Henry and Olivia Gore; mother, Carolyn Hendley; siblings, Jim (Karol) Hendley and Marlene (Jeff) Andrix; nieces and nephews, Jared Hendley, Alyssa Rader, Paul Andrix, and Megan Wheeler; as well as numerous cousins.
Ken was preceded in death by his father, Billy Hendley, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at St. Jacob Lutheran Church, 213 E. Central Ave., Miamisburg, with Rev. Michael G. Hout officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Services are entrusted to GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg.
