Margaret Frances McLaughlin

McLAUGHLIN, Margaret Frances, age 98 of Miamisburg and formerly of Dayton, died June 7, 2012 at Heartland of Miamisburg. She was born December 22, 1913 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Patrick and Bridget (O’Rourke) Roland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Daniel Joseph McLaughlin in 1979; her son, James Daniel McLaughlin in 1994 and many of her 12 siblings. Margaret is survived by her son, Francis J. McLaughlin of Long Beach, CA; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was employed as a sales clerk in handbags and hosiery for Robinson’s Department Store of Orange County, CA. She was a devout Catholic and treasured her grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 1:30 – 2:30 PM Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 PM Sunday also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice at 331 S. Dixie Dr. #221, Moraine, OH 45439.
