Nina Frances Linville Bell

BELL, Nina Frances, age 90 of Indianapolis, IN and formerly of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 near Indianapolis. She was born July 21, 1924 in Dayton, OH to the late Julian and Charlotte (Foster) Linville. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Bell and her two brothers, Edward Linville and Julian Linville. She is survived by her children, William David (Linda) Bell of Casanova, VA and Ruth Ann (Larry) Pierson of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Caryn Coon, Timothy Pierson, Bryan Bell and Suzanne Pierce and great grandchildren, Cyndi Coon, Thaddeus Pierson and Amelia Jane Bell. She is also survived by the Parma Sinha family and many other extended family and friends. Nina was a 1942 graduate of Miamisburg High School and had a career as a cook for the Miamisburg City Schools, retiring after 30 years. Nina was a charter member of the Miamisburg Christian Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and hosting people in her home. She will be fondly remembered by those who loved her as both a great cook and one who loved to entertain one and all. Family will receive friends and loved ones during visitation from 2:00 – 4:00 pm Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 pm also at the funeral home and officiated by her son-in-law, Larry D. Pierson. Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg will serve as Nina’s final resting place at a later date.
