I remember Paula as a friend and fellow student at Drew University.
She was a kind and gentle soul who showed consideration for everyone she met.

I cherish the friendship Paula and I shared for the last several years. What began as a volunteer activity for me through CABVI quickly became a great relationship where we met and/or spoke regularly. While there were significant differences in our lives, we also discovered may shared similarities.
Paula was always the social worker at heart and helped me greatly during the time of my husband’s death.
She welcomed my new partner, Roy, into her life, and he too was impressed by her.
I am very happy that she got to share the last weeks in a home with beloved family.
I think of her often and miss her greatly. My life has been enriched by our connection.

Dear Art and family,
I’m so sorry to hear of Paula’s passing. I’ve been meaning to call her quite a while, but missed the opportunity, although I may not have had the correct phone number. Your mother was a dear friend from Drew U, someone I always looked up to. I admired the way she dealt with what life brought her, which wasn’t always easy. She was a real survivor. We visited in NYC, MN, IL, OH, and CO, so we did stay in touch. Art, please call me at 973-455-0491.

I have happy memories of phone chats with Paula over the last few months. It was wonderful to hear her joy as she plan to move in with Art and his family. She took such joy in Art and his wife and children.
