

She was born January 3, 1941 in Penrod, Kentucky.
Phyllis was known for having strong opinions and making them known but she had a very big heart. She enjoyed playing video games and loved flowers. Her family and her dogs were more important to her than anything else.
She is survived by her children, Penny (Karl) Fugate, Kimberly Ring, and Sean Ring; numerous grandchildren, including Angel, Amanda, Michael, Ashley, Alisha, Andrea, Amber, Kayla, Skylar, Autumn, Jordan, Josh, Justin, Tristen, and Bubby; several great grandchildren; siblings, Bobbie, Carol, and Johnny; her dogs and loving companions, Star and Precious; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her special friend, Shonta Greathouse.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Sarah Clark; husband of 43 years, Charles A. Ring; children, Rocky, Terry, Kelly, and Chucky; brothers, Bill and George.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:30 – 1:30 PM on Friday, March 18, 2022 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Memorial services will follow at 1:30 PM. Inurnment will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg.
