She was born on October 7, 1937 in Greeneville, Tennessee, the daughter of J.D. and Mary Helen (Briggs) Kiker.
Regina was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
She is survived by her two daughters; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild who lovingly called her “Mimi”; one brother, Dale Kiker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Regina was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Kallage; son, Jeffery Polley; sister, Barbara Fezell; and her sister-in-law, Jane Kiker.
