Age 85 of Miamisburg passed away January 3, 2013. He was the son of Helen (Snyder) and Robert F. Ballard, Sr. Robert is survived by his wife, Patricia (Todd); his children, Barbara (Terry) Greer, Susan (Judy) Ballard, and Todd (Robbin) Ballard; his sisters, Willadine Ballard and Joyce Emert; and sisters-in-law, Juanita Todd and Mary Paisley; his nephew, Roger (Barry) Emert, and his nieces, Carol Emert, and Anita (Kacy) Emert. He was a lifetime member of the Miamisburg Lions Club, and was honored as a Melvin Jones Fellow for Dedicated Humanitarian Services by the Lions Club International Foundation. He was a long time employee of Monsanto Corporation, and a devout member of Trinity UCC. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Trinity United Church of Christ, 203 East Linden Ave.Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 with Pastor Joe Getts officiating.
