

He was born October 23, 1937 in Dayton, OH and was a 1956 graduate of Chaminade High School. After high school, Bob served our country in the United States Navy. He retired from DP&L after nearly 40 years of service, where he was known to many as “Tony”. During retirement, Bob spent time attending events the Miamisburg Senior Center with his wife, Linda, including playing Bingo. Bob was an avid football fan, especially Viking Football. He loved spending time with his family.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Linda Lou (Beckett); children, Traci (Dwayne) Spegal, Toni Lemons (Bill Chandler), and Scott (Tami) Lemons; grandchildren, Emili (Johnny) Bell, Jessi (Steve) Mahle, Bill (Kelsey) Jones, Justin Jones, Sidney Lemons, Shelby Lemons, and Stefani Lemons; great grandchildren, Makenna Spegal, William Jones, Aaron Jones, and Baby Mahle due to arrive in June; brother, Richard Lemons; sister-in-law, Bonnie (Lee) Odiorne; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Louise (Endorf) Lemons; brothers, Kenneth and Donald Lemons.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Chuck Beckett officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton.
