He was born September 13, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio. Rod enjoyed attending Shepherd’s Fold Church of God with Pastor Harold Allen. His passion was music and he loved playing the drums for a majority of his life.
Rod is survived by his mother, L. Sue Hagedorn McWaters; sister, Nichole “Nikki” (David) Jung; beloved niece, Gracie Jung; aunt, Mary Marg Metzger; uncles, Greg Hagedorn and Kenneth Rosichan; cousins, Stephanie Curley and Michelle Hagedorn.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Hagedorn; son, Derrick Dillon; grandmother, Pauline Jordan; grandparents, Mary Alice and John Hagedorn.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-4 PM on Sunday, September 11, 2022 in the back room of the Miamisburg Moose Lodge. SIgns will be posted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shepherd’s Fold Church of God; 1521 Bauer Ave, Kettering, Ohio 45420.
