Sandra H. Miller, age 78 of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 18, 2025. Sandi was born on January 1, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Eddie and Gladys (Isbel) Hipple. She enjoyed a career as a tax administrator with the City of Miamisburg. Sandi is survived by her beloved husband, Paul S.
