He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Forrest Lawson; stepfather, Bartlett Craft; sister, Sandy Lawson Evans; and stepbrother, Joel Craft.
Scott is survived by his mother, Marilyn Craft; siblings, Connie (Les Waters) Lawson and Allen Lawson; stepsiblings, Darryl (Candy) Craft and Laurie (Jason) Layman; and daughter, Lauren Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
A gathering of family & friends will be on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, 508 E. Linden Ave. Miamisburg, Ohio, 45342.
