We will always remember Shelby. May you find comfort in knowing she was so outgoing and friendly and had so many friends. My favorite memory: We were building our house and Shelby was the first person to introduce herself (she was 4 years old) and she said "my Mom says I can go to the end of the sidewalk" and I said "someday it will be longer." She seemed happy with that and turned back with her stroller and headed home.

My heart hurts for you, Kara, Rick and family.

Shelby was such a sweet baby. I adored having her and Allison play together when they were both so little. In my mind, I still see her as just a baby and toddler.

Sending our love and prayers.

Shelby,
I didn’t know you, but you were a beautiful young lady taken from family and friends way too soon.

You mom has recently come into our family, she is a sweet soul and we love her tender spirit.
There are no words to express the ache I feel in my heart for the loss and pain that I know your mom is feeling right now. I pray the God will be close to her and that family and friends will surround her with love to see her through this difficult time.

Shelby, Rest In Peace and May you find peace in the arms of the angels in heaven. You will be missed.

God looked around His garden and found an empty space and saw Shelby's beautiful spirit and face. He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest forever by His side. God's Garden must be gorgeous as he always takes the best. It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone, part of us went with you the day God called you home. Shelby you will always be in our hearts and minds, until we meet again in His garden. Our love forever NaNa and PaPa.

This is so sad to hear.....I remember sweet little Shelby playing on our street as a child with her long hair and glasses..... Shelby was so nice and so respectful. Rest in peace and fly Shelby fly ......

Since I became friends with Shelby in 7th grade, she had always been one of my truest & greatest friends. I will never forget all of our inside jokes, riding around in her Solara & listening to music singing along to every single song, eating way too much & laughing about anything & everything. She lit up the room, she always had the most beautiful smile. I will never forget her or her heart of gold. ❤️ My deepest condolences to her family

Shelby was my best friend growing up. We grew up on the same street. I moved there when I was 11 and knew no one. She was my first friend. From middle school crushes, to sleepovers, to teaching me the lyrics to lil Wayne songs , Shelby always made me laugh. Her laugh was contagious as well as her spirit. She was such an amazing person. I am going to miss her so much. I love you my dear friend💗
