I graduated with Toby, but have known him since we were five years old and went to private kindergarten together. For many years we also attended church together and we worked on our class reunions together. I always had so much fun with Toby and his sense of humor! I always considered him my friend. Rest in peace dear Toby and my sympathy to Sandi , His children and grandchildren.
