Scheid, Valerie Jo, age 53, left this world Thursday, January 23, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She was born July 31, 1960 to the late Dr. Billy A. Shoemaker and Marie Shoemaker Tinnel. She is survived by her sister, Diane E. Shoemaker; brother, Allen E. Shoemaker; children, Jacqueline Marie Scheid and William James Scheid, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Valerie graduated from Miamisburg High School and the University of Dayton. Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home will coordinate interment at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Miamisburg.
