Vernon Kemplin, 83, of Miamisburg, passed away on Sunday March 21, 2021 in Ohio’s Hospice of Butler Warren Counties. He was born July 14, 1937 in Morgan County, Kentucky, the son of Victor O. and Louise C. (Craft) Kemplin.
He was a retired electrician with the IBEW Local 82 where he worked as a foreman.
He is survived by his four daughters Diana Kemplin, Tracey (Mike) Comer, Theresa (Gene) Horne and Cherri Steiner; son Ronnie Steiner; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his wife of twenty-nine years and best friend Ann Kemplin. He was preceded by his parents, daughter Jana Kemplin; two sisters Murlene Richards and Rita Tirey; two brothers Bill Kemplin and Tommy Kemplin. Private services will be held for the family. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery.

I respected Vern as a hard working member of Local 82 and an honest and true gentleman. I always enjoyed our discussions over the years.
