ANGELO VITANZA, age 80. Beloved brother of Rosina Vitanza. Loving son of the late Salvatore and Concetta Vitanza (nee Panateri). Cherished nephew of Joe Pacino (Rose, both deceased). Dearest cousin of Joe Pacino, Jr. (Trish), Nick Pacino (deceased), Angelo Pacino (deceased)(Mary), Bill Pacino (Judy, both deceased), and Rose Alfman (deceased)(Rodney). Also survived by nephews, godsons, and many dear friends.
Angelo was a proud and dedicated member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He had a deep appreciation for cars and boats, passions that brought him great enjoyment throughout his life. Above all, Angelo will be remembered as a dependable and loyal friend whose kindness, generosity, and steadfast presence touched the lives of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of calling him a friend.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, 10 AM at St. Vincent De Paul Church, 13400 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 4 - 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS' FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HTS., OH 44130 (WEST OF I-71).
