Anna was born in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Nichitu and Paraschiva "Mary" Ghetia. She was the beloved wife of 64 years to the late Robert G. Prince, who passed away on May 14, 2022; loving mother of Patricia Prince Stevens, Cynthia (John) Simatacolos, and Timothy (Michele) Prince; cherished grandmother of Nicholas and Jonathan Stevens, and Andrew and Alexander Simatacolos; dear sister of Violet Dloniak and the late Marion (Ted) Junka, Helen (Ralph) Zwierzykowski, and infant brother Nicky Ghetia; adored aunt of many.
Anna loved her family, cat Brutus, and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She was an avid reader and loved to tackle crossword puzzles. She had a long full life, and lived it the way she wanted. Even at an advanced age Anna continued to make friends in every situation.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 10am-12pm with a funeral service at 12 pm at Craciun Funeral Home, 14925 E. Bagley Rd, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 44130. Committal services will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, Ohio.
