Mom - can't begin to tell you how much i miss you.  You are my best friend and was always there by my side working together, laughing together, crying together.  One year ago today called reached his hand down and carried you home.  My heart aches everyday.  There are so many times I want to pick up the phone and talk to you and hear your voice. You were my inspiration and still are - everyday I wake up and remember how much pain you were in and never complained.  There was no task that you couldn't accomplish. Thank you for the beautiful memories - especially the pillow fight we had in your bedroom when we were making your bed!  There were so many good times - thank you for being my mom.  You are my guardian angel and I know that you are watching over me! Always and forever, - your #1 child, Marianne.

i can't even begin to explain how much i miss you. there's so many times where i wish i could pick up the phone and call you just to talk or tell you something. i know you would be so proud of me being at akron right now for college. even though you can't come to games to watch me dance like you were so excited for i know you'll still be watching me. every time i look at my pink coffee maker i think of you and i miss you, i wish you could be here. you were more then a grandma to me, you were a friend, and like a second mom. i miss you everyday, nothing's the same without you. i love you so much.

Your mom's journey isn't over it has just taken a route we cannot see or define. She passed on to better things; she has not passed away. Her legacy is a rare one in this day and age: a woman who put family and God above all other matters. Her 10 children are all doing their best to make their corners of the world better than they found them; and knowing that she achieved that kind of love and success through her children is why she went to the other side so peacefully.
