Beloved husband of the late Susan and Rosemarie; devoted father of Charles, “Bud Jr.” (Debbie), Angela Messer, Stephanie Murphy (Christopher), Christine Rulong, Angie Mohrbach (Ken), and Theresa Bering; Cherished grandfather of 26, great grandfather of 39, and great-great grandfather of 2; dear brother of Ellen, Barbara, Dorothy, and the late Donna and Cheryl; caring son of the late Henry and Dorothy Wittal (nee Stroup); loving uncle and friend of many.
U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a retired car hauler for E and L Transport after 24 years. Retired member Teamster’s Horsemen Riding Association.
Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 16, 2021 at the funeral home. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
