She left this world suddenly on March 23, 2022 at the age of 67.
She was born to Joseph “Joe” and the late Dorothy Kovach on November 28th, 1954. Cindy grew up in
a loving home with her sisters, Deborah “Debbie” and Karen (John Carge). She was determined
to further her education after having her daughters, Rachel (Michael Breen) and Kristin
(Christopher Kane) with her first husband, Robert Wilke. She always was striving to provide the
best life for her family through her hard work and dedication. She received both her bachelor’s
and master’s degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace University. During that
time, Cindy also married her devoted husband Raymond “Ray”, who helped with the daunting
task of raising two teenage daughters. After retiring from the Federal Reserve Bank of
Cleveland as a bank examiner, she enjoyed baking, taking beach trips with Ray, spending time
with family and friends, and relaxing with her furbabies (Thor, Ruger, and Shelby). She
treasured instilling family traditions like the annual Christmas cookie baking with her daughters
and grandkids, Katelynn, Trey, William, Noah, Addison, and Lily. Cindy was happiest when she
was laughing with family and friends. With that in mind, in place of a funeral, there will be a
Celebration of Life party that will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made
