Daniel J Mayo passed on August 3, 2026, at the age of 71. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Patricia (nee Cianciolo) Mayo. Devoted brother of Sandra Duke (Raymond) and the late Laura Jo Mayo. Cherished uncle of Vanessa Warnock (Aaron).
Danny was a well known and respected General Manager for the Giant Eagle Grocery Stores, managing several stores in the Greater Cleveland area. After retirement, he became a licensed real estate agent. He leaves behind many dear family and friends.
The family suggests contributions to the STEM program at St. Bartholomew, 148656 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio 44130.
A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate his life will be held at St. Bartholomew Church, Friday September 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday September 10, 2026 from 4 - 8 PM at THE A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO 44130 (WEST of I-71)
