Daniel A. O'Donnell Jr.

Dan was born in Cleveland, the son of the late Daniel Sr. and Gladys (Nee Hulsebus) O’Donnell. Dan proudly served in the US Navy and was Honorably discharged in 1961. Dan married the love of his life Patricia “Pat” (nee Neuman) and they enjoyed 60 wonderful years together. Dan is the loving father of Daniel (Julie) and Beth (Scott) Horan;, cherished grandfather of Ryan, Kyle and Kevin O’Donnell and Amanda Horan; dear brother of the late Maureen O’Donnell, Pat (Don) Readinger and Carole (Ted) Sliwa;, adored uncle of many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many extraordinary and amazing friends whom he loved very much. A special Thank You to Dan & Pat’s devoted caregiver Miranda Rogers. Dan was also a proud and humble friend of Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob for over 50 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on January 7th, 2021 at 9:30AM at St. Bartholomew Church, 14865 Bagley Rd, Middleburg Hts. Committal services with Military Honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, Oh 44273.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Bartholomew, The Lantern Center for Recovery or a charity of one’s choice.
